I cannot recommend David Gray highly enough. Superb service, very professional and gets your problem sorted in no time. David diagnoses the problem and delivers targeted treatment effectively and efficiently. Very reasonable price for each session, no extortionate initial assessment fee.
Clare Atkins - Chinnor
Highly recommend David, managed to help me with my knee on short notice and also help understand the root cause of my problem.
Having never been to an osteopath, I was apprehensive but shouldn't have been. David took time and care to discuss my problem and then carried out considered, painless treatment explaining it along the way – recommending key things to change in life as well. Two sessions have seen me greatly improved and nearly back to normal.
Janine – Buckinghamshire
I called David and explained that even deep breathing was causing me pain and he managed to squeeze me in an appointment that afternoon. The treatment was incredible - in less 30 minutes I was able to move normally again. David also, gave me some simple tips on keeping good posture.
Julia Brilleman - Haddenham
My son had had cranial osteopathy as a baby following a difficult pregnancy and early life. We decided to see if there was anything that David could identify and treat and he immediately put our son at ease and treated him almost without realising he was. We noticed a change in behaviour after one session and will be keeping this as part of his maintenance programme.
Charlie – Risborough Bucks
I have known David for many years and I have been impressed by his desire to learn new techniques, via professional exams and the review of research papers... David is committed to his patients and his goal is to address issues as quickly as possible. I continue to be treated by David and would recommend him for any treatment, relating to muscular/skeletal issues. You will not be disappointed.
I. King - Brill, Thame
I was introduced to David Gray who set about relieving my painful symptoms, and perhaps more importantly, seeking out the causes, that became the subject of further treatment... The outcome has been very successful, keeping me virtually pain free for the past few years... David is an excellent communicator explaining at each stage, exactly what he is doing and what he expects to achieve...Thanks to David I have been able to continue my hobbies of golf and gardening and have been spared surgery on a damaged shoulder.
A. Thomas – Amersham, Buckinghamshire
As a personal trainer I am more than happy to refer my clients to David for Osteopathic treatment. Comprehensively on several occasions he has successfully treated clients of mine, suffering with lumbar disc problems.
Kate Mcardle, Personal Trainer - Aston Rowant, Oxfordshire

If you're pregnant, make sure you seek advice from your GP or midwife before you see an osteopath. David Gray is an osteopath who specialises in muscle or joint pain during pregnancy.
During your first osteopathy session, David will ask about your symptoms, general health and any other medical care you're receiving before carrying out a physical examination.
David will use his hands to find areas of weakness, tenderness, restriction or strain within your body, particularly the spine.
With your consent, you'll probably need to remove some clothing from the area being examined, and you may be asked to perform simple movements.
You will be be able to discuss with David whether osteopathy can help treat the problem and, if so, what the treatment programme should involve.
David is a qualified and registered Osteopath who is trained to identify when a patient needs to be referred to a GP or needs further tests, such as MRI scans or blood tests, to help diagnose the problem.
An a qualified Osteopath, Davis's aim is to restore the normal function and stability of the joints to help the body heal itself.
He uses his hands to treat your body in a variety of ways, using a mixture of gentle and forceful techniques.
Techniques are chosen based on the individual patient and the symptoms they have reported.
These techniques aim to reduce pain, improve movement and encourage blood flow.
Osteopathy isn't usually painful, although it's not unusual to feel sore or stiff in the first few days after treatment, particularly if you're having treatment for a painful or inflamed injury.
David will explain whether you're likely to have any reactions. If you feel any pain during or after treatment, tell your David.
David will also provide advice on self-help and exercise to aid your recovery and prevent symptoms returning or getting worse.
